  The service at Ralph D'Silva, in particular sales person Steve M, was first class. From beginning to end, they treated me as a valued customer, despite never having dealt with the dealership or Holden brand before. I know they say 'never trust a salesman' but Steve smashes that myth with his energetic, professional and transparent style - he really puts the focus on delivering exceptional customer service without the pressure selling tactics sales people are known for. I've just taken delivery of my (first) new Holden and I cannot fault my experience. Go in, say hello and get them to make you a coffee ????????
