- mammahjammah Added November 29, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in today for the first time to get a nail that broke fixed and my nails shortened and reshaped. It was the worst experience ever!!! She filed the acrylic right down until my real nail was litterally paper thin, then soaked the remaining acrylic off for about 10 mins while she started to reshape my other nails, the acrylic that was left (around my cutical) came off with a wipe of a tissue but she proceeded to file away at my nail until I honestly thought I'd have no nail left!!! After she had applied the acrylic she continued to file around my cutical, I had to ask her to stop as I thought she was going to file through my nail completely!! While reshaping (not only did they end up crooked and at completely different sizes,) she managed to cut me 3 times with the nail file! They also weren't able to match the colour for the new nail, never ever will I be going there again as they have no care for nail care, I get it acrylics ruin your nail but the place I originally went to to get the set filed my natural nails minimally, I only went to Odyssey today out of convince.... never again
