  I have bought hand sanitiser brackets which  a piece failed quite quickly.
   Despite contacting them over this Amy their customer service officer
  was extremely unhelpful to the point of being quite rude.
  Her defence was to accuse a customer of not using the equipment properly and therefore dismissed it quickly
  For a 5 cent piece of replacement part that was initially faulty she has caused me to take further action
  Avoid this company as there are many others who sell the same thing

  After ordering and paying express shipping (1-3 business days) for a stethoscope I still hadn't heard from them on the second business day not even an email. I call customer service to then be told I will be called back before 2pm, after still not hearing from them I call back myself and I am told there are issues at the factory and my order is ready and will be shipped the next day. The next day comes and I recieve a call late in the afternoon to then be told my colour choice isn't available and I am offered a different colour and told my order would be here within the next day. The next day comes and I receive my parcel to find that it only contained half of my order and no stethoscope...every time I called Customer service I was lied to about the order, a week since ordering and still no stethoscope. Shopping with medshop has been an absolute pain in the arse and will never recommend or buy from here again.
