  Shocking service wait more than 10 minutes to be served but stuck in drive through. Got meal then wait 5 minutes extra for coffee

  Very conveniently located on Bell Street. Ample amount of parking available at all times.
  Fresh food and juicy burgers. On top of everything, freshly grounded coffee. Staff is helpful and friendly. Restaurant is neat and clean.
  Highly recommended.

  Most disgusting experience at a McDonald's ever..ordered a nugget Happy Meal as well as other items with my daughter and grand daughter..paid and then asked if I could have another 3 nuggets..girl on register had no idea how to change order so called over another staff member who was just as vague she then called the manager who was the rudest man I have ever come across..instead of explaining that this was not possible through their system he just said we can't change your order with no apology or offer of an alternative and walked away...I then approached him and asked for his name (as no name badges on any staff) he said Yogi and when I stated that his manner was very rude he just looked straight through me and continued to say we can't change your order...when our meal eventually was called we found that the ordered raspberry and custard pie was instead an apple pie...so back to the counter and asked for the correct item to be told we don't have any..when I asked could it not have been told to us when ordering or collecting he once again just spoke over the top of me.....the store was filthy with rubbish on all tables and overflowing bins both inside and outside and no napkins in any of the holders....the toilets were some of the filthiest I have ever come across...no toilet paper and what was there was on the floor in little pieces..broken toilet roll holders and seats..definitely not a place that I would ever go to again and that is very sad as we were attending a dance competition across the toad and they were the nearest food outlet for all the kids...this store definitely needs more staff training from the beginner staff up to Managerial staff (customer service is obviously not high on their priorities at this store)...not a good look for such a well known brand. Sadly can't post unless I press 1 star but should definitely be none!!!!!

  Every other McDonald’s you go to you can get table service no matter how busy but this store thinks it’s special So you can’t get table delivery no matter the time of day and packed or dead it feels like laziness/ lack of staffing on their part (kinda unprofessional) also the short girl with light brown hair on front counter never smiles no matter how friendly you are to her like is she okay? :/ yeah not the best maccas I’ve been to definitely needs new managers that know what customers want?

  One of the better McDonald's I've been to. Fries are always hot and served generously. Burgers are well made with plenty of salad to balance them out. Soft drink post mix is usually consistent without the taste of chlorination in the water. Service is also good and waiting times reasonable.

  My kids loved it!! Big space and also loved the kids corner. I would recommend anyone with kids or not. 10/10

  Not once i got disappointed with food and customer service. Ordered bacon and egg muffin meal, i even said i want freshly made they gave me old stain muffin meal. So many times they did that & usually i go through drive through and never get chance to return. Never go here.
