  Never experienced such poor customer service. The woman working was very abrupt and short not only with us as customers but also to her coworkers. She was on a call who I assume was a friend/colleague elsewhere and loudly stated ‘I’m basically the only one working here right now, the other two are new and are hopeless’. She was very bossy to these ‘new’ coworkers and it made for a very awkward and uncomfortable experience.

  No clear guidance on whether they do child car seat installation. No signage as to where to park cars on return. Long wait at desk to return car, not willing to call cab for clients

  Discrimination behaviour!!!
  A big scenario!!! Long story short…
  
  If you’re a customer by insurance company, please don’t choose this place as preferred pick up. Manager (who has no signs of hertz staff) told that she is not bothered of us as we are not their customers and our feedback is disregarded.

  Beware guys
  
  I was asked by my insurance company to pick up vehicle.The vehicle they had were quite old. does not even have Toll Tag. When I returned vehicle the lady took good 5 min to assessed the vehicle checked each door and inside. It seems like she was looking for some damage but could not find. I rented car from Euro cars before the assessor took less than 30 sec just a body and a bit of inside but with hertz preston its different.
