  I asked Aldo to replace a diamond on a very precious diamond ring that have belonged to my family for 3 generations. It took 2 months of weekly trips to the jewellery each of those ending with excuses made up by the jeweller about the reason why the job wasn't done. Eventually, the ring was given back to me dirty, carrying a diamond of a different colour and with clear damages to one of the other diamonds slot. No apologies and no refund provided. Embarrassing service, outrageous.
