The service I recieved from Paul, Rob and the team was nothing short of amazing. Their knowledge on the products they sell and how to tailor a package to my needs was the best. I finally got my system installed this year and it is a dream come true. The whole family loves it and can't get enough of it. Rio will be the place I shop at now for all my home theatre needs.

Staff was very knowledgeable and patient as they talked me through my options and instead of trying to make me spend more money for no reason they worked with the budget I gave them and worked out the perfect system for my room. I can't wait to get it installed once my house is ready. Thanks guys!! I'll definitely be back for more.

Heaps of hifi stores in Brisbane but they can't seem to compete with the prices are RIO.
Customer service is great and shipping has never been a problem.
