    Tom and the team at Ralph D’Silva made the purchase of my new Jimny so easy from my first test drive all the way through to delivery! He was super patient with my 2 months of tyre-kicking and nothing was ever too much trouble. I knew I had a bit of a wait when I ordered the car and was kept up to date and Tom answered my MANY questions patiently, efficiently and professionally in the meantime. Always generous with his time, very genuine and keen to help in any way possible. I received excellent service and always smiles from the whole sales team any time I had to visit the dealership. (The after-sales lady’s efficiency and customer service is severely lacking but this didn’t dampen my experience too much because Tom and the rest of the team are so great!) You made the whole experience so nice and I can’t thank you enough!

    Avoid this business like the plague.

    They take your money, and then don’t provide any level of support.

    Bought a brand new 2022 Suzuki Vitara in September of this year - paid more than RRP. The car arrived with damage to the body, and broken electronics. Was promised this would get fixed upon pickup. Picked the car up, and the body was repaired, but the volume controls on the steering wheel were faulty. Was informed in writing that they would be fixed at the first 1000km service. Brought it in, and nobody knew what I was on about as sales hadn’t informed service of the issue. I had to return another day to get the electronics repaired.

    After getting the wheel controls fixed, I was returned the car. Unfortunately fixing the steering wheel controls caused the apple car play to fault. It’s now mid-Jan, and the dealer has had my car and nobody is getting back to me about getting it fixed.

    I bought a new car to have a new car experience. The experience I’ve received has been worse than buying from a used car dealership, with promises and yet nothing getting done.

    Do yourself a favour, buy a car from another dealership. This place isn’t worth doing business with, they treat their customers like rubbish after you’ve handed over the cash. What new car dealer knowingly sells a brand new car with body damage and a known electrical fault?

    There’s been a serious decline in the service provided by this Suzuki dealership.

    The difference between getting my annual scheduled service this year from last year was night and day.

    The drop off was smooth enough, confirmed what work was requested and what needed to be done.

    The pick up was a completely different story. Not only was I incorrectly told multiple times on what was completed on my car, there was zero care at all given to how my car was handed back to me.

    I don’t expect a full detail or my car to come back looking brand new, but not a single drop of water or even a dust cloth made it anywhere near my car. This time last year, my car was washed, vacuumed and super tidy. This year, it looks like they lifted the hood and I trust they did what they needed to be done and what was paid for.

    Had to call Suzuki Australia to try and get a resolution and even then all they can do is “follow up” as each dealership is individually owned.

    Honestly the scheduled service price cap saving, doesn’t excuse the poor service and dishonest communication. Next time go to your local mechanic to get your log book service, they’ll at-least be honest and take the time to take you through your service.
