I was involved in a business sale that lasted 17 months and had 1 party interested. We moved to another agency and had 4 parties interested within a month and a half. 1 of those parties was the 1 party interested from BPA. BPA had told this person "don't go there and ask them to sell because they will kick you out, they don't want to sell".
