I have bought from BedShed a Sealy's floor model mattress which is under warranty. Due to fault in mattress I have contacted Bedshed who referred me to Sealy's customer service team. Company demands $50 refundable call out fee to inspect if the mattress is faulty. This call out fee was never disclosed by Bed Shed. When I have spoken to the lady at BedShed. Her response was "This is the way it works". I have asked why this fee was not disclosed at the time of the purchase neither a warranty card given. She simply concluded the conversation by saying we do not normally tell our customer about this call out fees because mattresses normally don't have any fault.
